How do I return my purchase?
On our website (rkcollectionsboutique.com) go to the footer and click self-serve return. You can log in and select your order and items you want to return. Once we approve the return request you will get an email with your return mailing label.
What is the return policy?
In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Online order returns should be shipped back within 10 days from the date of delivery and must be received no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
Sales are final after 14 days.
Markdown clearance items are final sale. They may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds via cash or credit card are not an option. The refund amounts will be placed on a digital store gift card or applied to an exchange order
Qualified returns will be issued a RKCB Gift Card for the return value, minus any return shipping label fees.
What are your shipping options?
Processing takes 0-1 days. Orders ship the following business day with the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping is 2-5 days inside the United States. Longer for international shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available at check out.

What sizes are available?
Small Medium Large are the main size options for the majority of our products. Some products offer sizes XS. Some products offer XL-3XL. Most of our jeans are available in sizes Small-2XL. Please check the size options on each product page for specifics.

If an item is purposely made to be oversized the fit will be larger

Can I have measurements for a product?
We don't provide specific measurements for our clothing. However, our sizing typically follows this guide: Small (2/4), Medium (6/8), Large (10/12), and Extra Large (14/16). We offer international shipping to most all countries. Enter your shipping information at checkout to see options and cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order so long as it has not been processed. You will get a confirmation email with tracking information once it has been processed. It cannot be cancelled if you have already received that email.
Can I get outfit recommendations for a special occasion?
