In regard to your return:
In store purchases have 14 days to return from the date of purchase
Online purchases have 14 days to return from the date of delivery when ordered on out inhouse website. 

Our return policy is store credit only via an e-gift card that is sent by email.

Mail the return items back to the address listed below. Once the return is received, we process the credit and email you an e-gift card for the amount of your purchase, minus shipping charges. You can then spend the e-gift card whenever you like online or in-store. At checkout select gift card and use the gift card number.

E-gift cards have an add to apple wallet button on the email.

If past 14 days from date of delivery, you must email for return authorization and have it approved before mailing the item back. Mailed items that are received after 14 days that were not authorized to be returned by RK Collections will only be returned to you at your expense and the return credit will not be issued.
